Common
questions.
Can I play Game Central offline?
Yes. Game Central is a native offline collection for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. The games and their artwork are included in the app, and you do not need an account or an internet connection to play.
Which games are included?
The collection includes 12 games: Pocket Expedition, Night Market, Beacon Trail, Build & Ship, Sand Lab, The Quiet Station, Deep Signal, Pocket Rally, Foundry Frontier, Night Archive, Wildhaven and Last Light.
Where is my progress saved? Does it sync between devices?
Saved game progress and favourites are stored locally on your device. Game Central does not currently include cloud syncing between devices. Deleting the app or resetting a game can remove its saved progress.
How do I keep my favourite games at the top?
Use the pin button on a game in the collection to add it to Favourites. You can pin up to six games. To make room for another, unpin one you have already selected. Your choices are remembered on your device.
How do I return to the collection?
Use the back control inside the game to return to the Game Central collection, then choose another world. On iPhone, the collection uses portrait and some games rotate to landscape. On iPad, the collection fits portrait and landscape. Turn your iPad sideways when a game shows the rotation prompt; that game pauses while the prompt is visible.
What should I do if a game freezes or will not open?
If you can, return to the collection before closing the app. Reopen Game Central and try the game again. If the problem continues, contact support with the game name, your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version and the steps that caused it. A screenshot or short recording can help. Avoid deleting the app or resetting a game while we investigate, as progress is stored locally.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the software or game name, your device model, operating-system version and app or browser version. Describe what you expected, what happened instead and the steps that reproduce the issue. For Game Central, include the name of the game within the collection. Screenshots or a short recording are useful when the issue is visual.
Can I share a feature idea or feedback?
Absolutely. Choose the relevant app when contacting support and describe your idea, the situation where it would help, or the part of the software or game you would like to see improved. Feedback helps shape future updates, although a suggestion is not a promise of a release date or feature.
